This page explains what happens to your information when you visit rachurilabs.com or get in touch with us. We keep it short because there is very little to say. It covers this website and contacting us. Any app we publish has its own privacy policy, linked from its store listing.
This website
- The site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies.
- We run no analytics and no tracking: no advertising pixels, no social-media widgets and no third-party scripts or fonts.
- There is no sign-up, account or contact form on the site, so it does not collect what you type.
- Like any website, the company that hosts it (Netlify) handles technical data such as your IP address when your browser requests a page, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use that data to identify you.
- Because we don’t track visitors across sites, we don’t respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals, and no other company collects information about your browsing through this site.
If you email us
You can reach us at hello@rachurilabs.com. If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it to reply, to discuss possible work with you, and to keep a record of that conversation. Our email is hosted by Zoho Mail. We keep these emails for as long as we need them for the conversation and for our business records, then delete them.
If you call or text us
Our business line, (945) 677-4321, is provided by Northwest Registered Agent. If you call or text, we receive your phone number and any message or voicemail you leave. We use it only to get back to you.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that run our email and phone, and where the law requires it.
Client work
Information you share with us for a project is covered by our written agreement with you. See our Security & AI-use policy for how we handle client code and data.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the emails we hold from you, write to hello@rachurilabs.com. This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
